In no event shall Cairo Data Solutions LLC’s total liability to you for all claims exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months (whichever is greater). Because free resources involve no payment, our maximum liability for free resources is limited to $100 USD.

6.3 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are a fundamental basis of our agreement and that we would not provide free resources without these limitations.

7. Portal Access and Usage
